Refund Policy


Trip and/or Service fees are required at the time an appointment is scheduled. We value the time of our notaries. Therefore, to be eligible for a refund, you must send a written request via email, 2 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If a written request is not received 2 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Customer changed mind about service and requests a refund before the appointment, and a trip has not been made for mobile services. and/or no document preparation has been performed for online services.

* Customer no longer requires notarization and requests a refund before the appointment, and a trip has not been made for mobile services., and/or no document preparation has been performed for online services.

Service Fees

Processing & service fees are non-refundable. These are fees paid to our vendors and payment gateway. Therefore, if you receive a full refund, the cost of the service fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 – 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again,

Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

Since we are a mobile and virtual service, in most cases, we do not formally offer shipping. Our notarizations are delivered electronically but each notary has discretion on whether or not they are comfortable mailing physical documents. If a notary agrees to ship your documents, we will bill you for the shipping and the fee is non-refundable. We will provide tracking numbers for your package but assume no responsibility for its arrival.
